Well packaged, came with spare glass braids, assembled carefully within 30minutes look good,far better than others I have seen, I used E27 standard uk bulb screw base clear LED

Arrived with most of the lower crystals chipped and cracked due to being loose in the box. Reported fault (twice) but no response from manufacturer. Tried to return item but got taken to report a problem page. Not a happy bunny. Grrr!

These are lovely lights but take ages to assemble , all the crystals come in separate bags and have to be attached separately.
