ordering and delivery were uneventful. light was packaged securely and installation instructions were precise and pretty straight frwd. gave light 4 stars as i was expected it to be brighter (daylight) esp as description indicated LED. if this is your only vanity light u are n trouble as its not very brightlight is more of a soft yellow light. Fortunately for us we have the mirror light as well as LED ceiling light nearest the tub
