The lampshade replaced one that was really old and starting to split. I was very sorry it had to go but this one is just perfect. Let's in lots of light and looks stylish.

Height was not 39cm for OV19 silk bell lampshade - it was 33.5cm height. Then it also came without a fitter in the box. I complained but Wayfair sent me an identical Ophelia lampshade 33.5cm in height. At that point I just gave up and have a lampshade which is not in proportion to the large base. It looks a bit stupid. A thin cheap Chinese silk is used for manufacture of the shade. This means the bulb shows through and so the diffused lighting effect I wanted is lacking. Ideally the shade should be lined to look sophisticated. The shade shape is good and it looks good in the catalogue photograph but disappointing in reality.
