Austrinus Steel Flush Mounted Sconce

I initially ordered two of these wall lights , only one arrived.I rang up to find that ``Mayfair thought Ihad cancelled the other one which I hadn't . It transpired that someone at Wayfair thought you had no further stock and so refunded me the cost of the second one. However Wayfair did have more stock and so I had to reorder this .( and so not entitled to free postage because of not reaching the limit for this . The lights were a christmas present and so were not opened until Christmas Day but both lights were broken. I contacted Wayfair who said because of the different order dates for the lights only one came within your refund time scale.So i had to pay and order another one along with the one Wayfair did replace free of charge . These lights did arrive better wrapped and were intact and have now been installed .

Looks very smart and is larger than most wall lights so perfect for a big wall

Waiting on our 3rd delivery ordered 4 , 2 were smashed no problem getting replacement 2 came 1 smashed now waiting for the final one again no problem getting replacement they just need to be packed properly the lights look good when they are up but the design for the back plate could be better I had to drill another hole to get the right hight so a hole above the terminal would help as its difficult to wire 6 wires into the cube well 4 into the cube and 2 earth wires into the earth as we have double switch but lights are nice up I have 3 up just waiting on the last one to arrive hopefully in one piece the service from Wayfarer could not be better nothing seems to be a problem

I ordered 4 of these wall lights for my living room. They arrived by DHL the next day. On unpacking them I discovered that 1 shade was broken into several pieces (the packing material is corrugated paper within a box, which is then put inside another box). I rang and ordered a replacement which again arrived the next day. Unfortunately, the replacement was also broken. I rang again yesterday & the 2nd replacement has just been delivered - all in one piece! They look very attractive & I'm now about to contact an electrician to fix them, so am as yet unable to comment on the amount of light they provide/ease of installation etc. They are now fitted and the level of light they give is good.

It is a most perfect light for its position in the house - it is beautifully unobtrusive yet provides a great light for its place on the stairs
