The shade was damaged. How do I return it?

I ordered my first light shade but needed to send it back as it was scratched. Wayfair customer service were fantastic. The replacement was scratched but not very noticeable, because I love it I kept it. I decided to get another one for downstairs but sadly It is had a bad scratch so had to return it.

Absolutely love love love these pendant shades. Bought three to go above my kitchen island and they tie in perfectly with our colour scheme. Just be careful of what sizeshape bulb you get as the opening is narrow.
