I loved the look of these light pendants, so ordered four. Came well on time and good price. Unfortunatly 3 were of one colour White and the other one was of a different colour white. So tried doing a search for a chat on line and after a bit of confusion on my side i called the number. A quick response and a very very helpful Emma took me though the options and well understood and clarified what i had said and then made the necessary arrangements for a replacement/refund. Very good returns the parcel was picked up the next day and notification to say my replacements are on the way . So fingers cross that they are all of the same colour white in the next parcel .
