Great lamp! Love the marble base. Everything I hoped and expected it to be.

I put this in the corner of the living room behind my couch. Its perfect and I love that it has a little switch on the b middle bar in case I dont feel like getting up to turn it off.

Overall I'm pleased with the lamp, but 2 of the teeny, tiny hex screws (there's 1 for each section of the arch, and 3 for where the arch attaches to the base) are actually NOT SMALL ENOUGH. They're too wide to screw in to stabilize the curved pole pieces, which are going to pop apart when the lamp is touched. I may need to re-drill the holes, which doesn't make me happy. I bought it for behind a sectional and had to have an accessible on/off switch. Some have foot switches or switches on the cord, which wouldn't work. This one's on the pole, which is ok. The height is good - I have lower, 7' ceilings. I like how the shade swivels to point out or straight down. The shade is smaller than I expected but it's ok. It's a true gray but washes out when the light is on. Based on another review, I stumbled upon gray-blue lampshades at the store for my other lamps and bought them, expecting the arched lampshade to be "gray but looking blue". Nope. It's definitely gray.

Great product for the price. Beautiful gray blue color.

A bit of a pain to assemble but nice. The shade is gray.
