Doesnt even fit together - instructions arent the same lamp. Contacted customer service which was completely useless - seller tried to claim that isnt the lamp they sent! Then I was told I have to pay to return it

This lamp is very flimsy. Colour is more rust than orange. Arrived and looked like box had been opened. They now want £7 ( £6.99) to return it. Very unhappy as quality is not good. Colour is not my scheme. More brownish than orange as in picture
