Jerlene 1 - Light Pendant

Despite paying for delivery, this turned up over a week late (after Wayfair intervened) and was missing a key bolt to mount the shade safely to the wire. The wire is terrible and rather than being a clean white, is covered in text which really ruined the aesthetic and makes the whole thing look rather cheap. Because of the nasty wire and the lack of bolt in the end I just replaced all the electrical bits with something from another supplier. Very disappointed.

The only thing right was the colour. The light fittings arrived late The light fittings were badly packed All light fittings were missing Ceiling Rose The photo was changed on the website that shows a Birch trim bead The fittings did not arrive with this trim. I will need to return as they were not what was originally ordered. Very poor service as only sent two Ceiling Roses when I complained.

The wooden holder has green ink writing on it and can be easily seen.. can you send us a replacement please.. otherwise the lamps look lovely

Missing parts and no installation instructions

Just unpacked these and they look great, high quality and just what I was after. They are only not 5 stars because I haven’t wired them in yet!
