Great lamp ,looks nice my daughter loves it

The description says these lamps are LED compatible. With the LED bulbs we bought the lamps flash on the highest level. You have told us what bulbs to get but cannot find them anywhere on the internet. You should supply the bulbs with the lamps. Eventually got them working with non LED bulbs but fear we will not be able to replace these when they blow. The whole saga has been a nightmare!

They look like everything we wanted and needed, sadly when they are on full, they flicker and are not fit for purpose. This aside, they were only delivered once I had contacted Wayfare. Incredibly, they claimed this was due to one pence owing on a previous order. They then claimed that this was due to human error. I asked for my complaint to be referred to a more senior manager and copied back to me. I was refused on the grounds that this was, “company policy”. Would Wayfare kindly - let me know what they propose to to about the lamps - let me know which aspect of the Freedom of Information Act Wayfare is citing In order not to send me copies of our exchange. I believe emails are covered by the Act.

Good lamp - not quite as bright as I'd hoped, but works well
