Richason Metal Lamp Base Lamp

Ordered 2 of the same. 1st arrived faulty-lopsided. Asked to cancel second one as not yet delivered and I didn’t want just one. Was told to wait for its delivery, then go through the process! Had to pay to send it back even though through no fault of my own one item was faulty. After spending an awful long time on the chat I lost the will to carry on and paid the postage. NEVER again. Also product not gold but rose gold and very poor quality for the price. I never leave negative reviews but felt it was necessary. Keep your £5.00. I will avoid.
