We love them, but had to wait more than 30 days to have them installed. Today the electricians came and began installation, the boxes were unopened. When tha last box was opened it was discovered that the remaining the globe is cracked and and cannot be installed. Can I return it?

We installed this more like a flush mount due to various factors. But, I would definitely choose it again for a longer drop pendant. It arrived in great condition and gives off a lot of light in the coffee area we installed it in.
