Lovely to look at and makes a lovely focal point of the room. Would recommend this product. Looks quite grand and have had many compliments regarding this fitting.

This item arrived with missing parts ( crystals) I have sent the incident report but unfortunately i didn’t have those missing parts sent by post and still the chandelier is faulty ? Would appreciate your help Thanks Raweya
