I am writing a review which I feel I have never felt so strong about!
I ordered this lamp, delivery of the lamp was ok but where I wanted to send it back was so so stressful, I paid for the lamp to be picked up from my work as it was a big box, even though I carried it to my work I thought il pay the extra few pounds to make life easier for myself! for three days no one turned up when they were supposed to, I then had to carrier back home! so I called you to drop off to your couriers the great DHL company, I I travelled to three different places they told me I couldn’t drop off there, they were either DHL express or collections only! What a nightmare you send your customers on and we also have to pay for it! Never again will I use your company which is a shame for you as I was going to buy a sofa, bedroom furniture etc of you, a lot of money I was going to spend with your company! I will spread the word round also what a terrible company you are! You’re very quick at taking the money but when things are being returned back you make it a terrible experience! Very stressful!! a tip for you maybe use a different courier for your customers or even make it easier for them by making it to DHL Express! I’m sure you have had a lot of complaints about returning items through these courier’s! Do the right thing by your customers and address it! I have never experienced anything like this and I do a lot of online shopping! By for good!
