Ariya Metal Novelty Lamp

These are beautiful large heavy table lamps, Unfortunately there is a huge problem with the packaging, The metal shade arrives loosely fitted and unstable, during transit appears to move around a lot. this then causes the metal ring on the top of the shade to become dented, by the heavy gold bullet shaped knob, making it out of shape, so then the shade will not sit straight, the central threaded part becomes mis-shaped, and exposed. The gold ring on the top also causes damage to the metal shade. I asked for a replacement that arrived with the same problem. Such a shame as if packaged correctly would have been a stunning lamp. Also the plug was in a plastic bag and scratched the base on one of them.
