The lamp is well made and attractive. Hanging it was a bit of a challenge, mostly because the assembly instructions are supplied as fairly indecipherable pictograms. The shade, which is made of cheap paper, comes disassembled, and was impossible to manipulate into place, so I ended up using another shade that I already had. In spite of the difficulties, I think this is a good buy for the price and would buy again.
