Initial lamp was damaged but the customer service was great. It was a bit annoying as it was a birthday gift, but the customer service issued a replacement which looked in mint condition. The replacement didn’t turn on initially but I managed to make it work (the connection between the bulb and the metal bit were not touching). Now it works and looks beautiful.
