Parts missing, nuts and washers and earthing wire. Requested replacement and a whole new box of the light arrived 3 weeks later still with these parts missing. I bought nuts and washers myself. Do not buy as earth wire missing but my electrician managed to make one up. These lights are very dangerous without.
