I bought two of these lights to brighten up two areas. I've a standard light that i bought in wayfair, but it doesn't add enough light to my hall. So I put on of these lights on my console table which is quite narrow and is also from wayfair. It fits on to the table perfectly and adds a lot more light. M The other I have on my chest of drawers beside my mirror. These lights are simple to put together. The bulbs came in separate boxes from the base. You just screw the bulb in making sure it's tight. One of my bulbs was badly scratched, so I contacted customer service, and I received another bulb. Due to the fact the bulb comes with the base, I received another base too, so I've ended up with three lights. The base of the light is very sturdy, and the bulb doesn't get warm no matter how long it's on. I love these lights. They would look good in any room, so I'd definitely recommend them

Love this lamp, it is sturdy, well made and looks very stylish.

Great sturdy lamp at a good price. The reason for the four stars rather than five is that the bulb that came with it is a bit too bright (as has been mentioned by a few other reviewers) so I’m going to buy a lower wattage to replace it.
