I now have a complete set of these utensils and find them really good to use. Having arthritis in my hands I need a good comfy handle to grip and these work well. I do like to rub over the stainless steel with a tea towel to remove any water marks and keep them looking shiny as they look good hanging on my utensils rack.. Alwaysbusy. Large blade will be good for turning omlettes or fish. It is quite stiff so should support the weight easily. Shorter handle means less strain on your wrist when lifting the food. A good investment..
