The Russell Hobbs Purity Glass Kettle has a built-in Brita water filter system that reduces limescale and chlorine, and permanently absorbs any copper and lead that could occur in tap water. Over time, these chemicals can sometimes leave residue or a bad taste in your hot drink. Its built-in Brita water filtration system reduces these impurities. The Purity Glass Kettle incorporates Brita's Maxtra+ advanced filtration technology that goes a long way to make a better-tasting hot drink. To make sure every liter of water you boil remains pure, a built-in indicator reminds you when it’s time to change the filter cartridge and there is a free Brita Maxtra+ cartridge included to get you started. With 3KW of power for a rapid boil, you won’t be waiting long for a brew. It has a 1-liter capacity jug, so it’s big enough to make up to four cups, yet a special 1-cup feature means it can help you be more energy efficient. The Perfect Pour spout ensures the water goes into your cup without splashing over your work surfaces. The kettle sits on a 360° base so it can be comfortably used by right and left-handed people. To keep your worktop clutter-free, the base has integrated cord storage so it can be tidied away when it’s not in use.

Easy to use without having to pull from a Brita filter. Looks nice boils fast. Highly recommended!. Yun Ju. Wed Mar 20 2024

New item comes from the stunning Stirling collection, coupling a subtle stylish textured finish, designed with practicality and ease of use in mind. This cordless pyramid kettle is set on a swivel base, making it great for left and right-handed use, and is quick to boil thanks to its 3KW element, meaning you’ll never be waiting for your hot drink. The 1.7L capacity is plenty for the whole family, or for boiling water to cook. The kettle features auto-shut off, with a removable limescale filter, a power on LED indicator light, and a removable lid for easy fill.

On the whole a nice looking kettle to have on the counter top. Clean lines. I did think the silver parts would be metal but they are plastic which I am not keen on but am getting used to. Performs very well. The smell that accompanies it when you first open the lid does disappear after the recommended two boils. Only downside is that the handle blocks the water indicator so that makes it hard to fill to the measurement of water that you need. It’s a bit irritating but I am happy to overlook it.. G.
