These knives can be very expensive, but this has a plastic handle which makes it a cheaper version but still with a very good quality blade on them, which I was not worried about instead of the bone handle or or wooden handle. Large steak knife! Surprised how much I like these! Bought to put in a vacation rental and ended up keeping for myself. So far holding up in dishwasher but I try to hand wash mostly. They are like a steak knife given at a steakhouse restaurant. They are very large and substantial. You need to have enough space in a drawer to store them.
