The Cerastone pans are great. They are bigger than my previous pans yet seem to heat up much more quickly. They are heavier than my previous pans and the bases are much thicker. I have been using these pots for a few weeks now and am very impressed with them overall. They stack in a small space in the cupboard which is excellent. They look good and are truly non stick. The only reason that I didn’t give five stars was that one of the detachable handles is starting to loosen slightly which makes me very cautious when using .
