A lovely sieve, I believe comes in different sizes, we got the middle size one and it’s perfect. The handle is a good length so not to scold yourself with steam from hot pans. We have used many times for draining pasta and vegetables. You can used this with white flour, powder sugar, white sugar and yes even custard for ice cream. It worked well and was much easier to control and use. We recommend every kitchen have on.
