Lovely dinner set

I am glad I didn’t pay full price for this product. The main dish is huge, making for portion sizing difficult. It also does not fit in my dishwasher and it bends the spokes when the dish is put into the dishwasher. The big dish also is very high on the sides which is what creates the issue stated above. It’s not in proportion to the side dish which is flatter. Also, the side dishes came with some imperfections and one of these will eventually damage the dish with time. It has a small bump that with time will chip away the enamel. That’s where water will get into the clay by the power wash of the dishwasher thereby becoming water logged and it will eventually weaken the dish. One of the dishes has a discolouration and although this does not ruin the efficacy of the product, it’s not aesthetically pleasing. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

An imperfection on the underside of one of the bowls scratched my wooden kitchen worktop. I checked the rest of the items and found a number of them had similar issues and had to sand them down to prevent any further damage. They look good but need some better quality control as I doubt this is a one off.
