Excellent set very sturdy looks beautiful on the table

Lovely set! As ever would like more variation in the glaze - they turn out so uniform and while some people like that I'd appreciate a few differences for variety. Arrived intact, no breakages and well wrapped.

Really good quality crockery, very happy

Arrived broken. Contacted Wayfair immediately and they promised to send replacement. Weeks later I received an email saying the replacement won't be available until 23rd December. I have tried returning the item and am being charged £10 for doing so, even though it's the company's fault that I am having to return. When I contacted them I was offered a 10% discount on a broken dinner service. I rejected this ridiculous offer and gave heard nothing back since. Such a shame as Wayfair have always been a great company, not sure what has gone wrong but I won't be using them again.
