This Tramontina Tri-Ply Non Stick 20 cm frying pan is just a delight to cook with. Delivered promptly, packaged well and priced very reasonably for such a high quality piece of cookware. Since taking delivery I have used this frying pan for omelettes, scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables and prawns with excellent results. The heat retention of this non stick pan, even at a low temperature, allows the food to cook evenly with very little oil or butter. As per the manual provided it cleaned with only warm water, light washing up detergent and the use of kitchen paper to remove any remaining food, no need for any abrasive scouring. Once dried this pan was as good as new and performed well with every subsequent use. I would certainly recommend this Tramontina Tri-Ply Non Stick 20 cm frying pan to anyone looking to replace old cookware
