Luna Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set - Service for 4

Opened box to find 1 dinner plate broken rest of the set was ok but not happy with broken goods

Ordered 3 sets as I have a large family and loved the small shiny “splodges” on them all. Paid more than what I e usually do for dinner sets so am quite disappointed in the fact the plates & bowls are getting scratches on them already after a few days normal use. You can see in the picture.

I really love the design, colour, texture and weight of this dinnerware set. However, I was very disappointed that 3 items in the set are defective. One bowl has a crack. One side plate has an unglazed spot. One mug has chipped bottom. It's the supplier's quality control issue. They are not damages caused by transport or delivery. I was hoping Wayfair would replace the defective items as I really like the design. Although, Wayfair could not offer the replacements as they were out of stock at the time I contacted them, they offered 20% partial refund which I think was fair.

Really worth the price! They feel heavy and luxurious

Beautiful set and well worth the money! Have been using for 6 months and no scratch marks and still Look brand new.
