Tower Cavaletto Kitchen Set, 1.7L Rapid Boil Kettle & 4 Slice Toaster (Set of 2)

Please be aware this is a kettle with 4 slice toaster not the 2 slice toaster in the picture .I ordered this item and havent been impressed by customer services . Had to cart it down to the local evri pickup then today the evri bloke showed up to pick it up .They need to get there act together.

Toaster is great and although the kettle looks nice it is horrible to use, if water level is up to max you can easily burn yourself on the steam. My last kettle was a Tower but I didn’t have this issue, I would certainly not recommend the kettle

The colour is lovely and the product is very stylish, buying the 2 together was definitely the best option. Packaged well, very protected during transit. Average delivery speed.

Was so in love with the look of both, so bought it. Absolutely disappointed with kettle… Top is closing hard and water after each boiling looks bad, with lots of white bits, not sure what it is…

I have no problem with the toaster. It performs well. However, both my wife and I, both in our 80's find the kettle difficult to hold steady when pouring. The shape of the kettle when full of water weighs heavy on the wrist. Also, as I have found out to my discomfort, if the lid of the kettle is not firmly pushed down the steam escapes around the lid and burns the hand and wrist. I trust this report will be useful to you.
