It does what we expected from the box, simple to use and wipe clean after use. Also we are more in control of our energy use, this purchase was to see if we change our 4 gas hobs next year when we refit our kitchen. Yes we will. This this product should reduce our carbon foot print and save wasted energy. Win win Here is an update on this product 25/05/2024 This hob has been in use for 2 years for know known reason their was an almighty bang, I am a retires electrical design engineer so I wanted to know what went wrong, on inspection of the interiar of this unit it had blown what looked like a carbon resistor, basically it vaparised which caused a short circuit, tripping the household circuit breaker. This product was used to the manufacturers instruction booklet so with such a low MTBT (Mean time between failure) I now say don't buy this product based on my experience.

I’ve been wanting an induction hob for over three years and I finally said yes to myself. I made a beef stew and dumplings on it and I switch on the stew button and that was it. When it had finished it was all ready took a lot of work out of it

Value for money. Works as well as some pricier models, feels a bit cheap but no complaints so far
