About This Product

These digital kitchen scales are perfectly suited for accurately weighing a variety of different ingredients. Weigh big ingredients or bulk quantities with precision like fresh melon or slow-roasted mutton: with a large stainless steel platform, a 10 kg / 10 L capacity, and a high-precision sensor. The large platform measures 24 x 22 cm, making it ideal for measuring ingredients in mixing bowls too. There's no need for any awkward pre-measuring or subtraction sums. The tare function allows you to zero out bowl and container weights before you add your ingredients for measuring. You can measure liquid ingredients, such as water, milk, and stock, too. Touch the 'UNIT' button and its display will switch between pounds, ounces, grams, fluid ounces, and milliliters, so you can accurately follow your favorite recipes - to the letter.

Very clear and precise display. Nice to have display away from the weighing area so it isn't obscured by the bowl! Nice brushed steel finish that wipes clean easily. Bought for my partner, an avid and able cook, who was well pleased! Extra brownie points scored!
