Cannot loosen screw to add plate, too busy to send yet another item back, useless

Nice old - fashioned scales, simply heavenly purple colour, arrived well protected. Top is a bit lop-sided, impossible to correct, but dont think it will affect the weighing of ingredients. Extremely fiddly to assemble - tiny weeny nuts and bolts to attach cross - piece to main body, and said tiny nuts and bolts found loose in the main plastic bag, where they should have been in their own tiny bag. Consequently, one mislaid in the unwrapping. But item looks handsome!
