Item caught fire first time I used it, trying to report it to Wayfair for a refund but won’t let me progress - stay well away

The items looked cheap and also the 21 piece is deceiving conconsidering you get five plastic cups for eggs

Im absolutely disgusted and very disappointed and angry, ive brought this set for my son and his partner for Christmas, two of the pans wont stay upright, and the first time hes gone to cook the bottom of the pan has burnt, it should not do this, ive told him tobox them back up and I expect a complete refund, absolutely not fit for purpose
