Swan, Symphony 1.7 Litre Jug Kettle with Fast Boil, 360 Degree Base, 3000 Watts

Bought this a year ago, still works perfectly!

The kettle & matching toaster look great, but the kettle creates a horrible undrinkable scum (see photo) on top of the water despite the use of filtered water. Wayfair were brilliant in replacing the kettle with a new one, but the same problem occurred, so now looking at a completely different brand. Customer Service from Wayfair has been excellent throughout & thoroughly recommend them, as only disappointment was with the quality of the Swan product.

I'm a Swan fan, and their quality products makes my world go round and round. Try it out ,you will definitely fall in love with this Kettle

I have only had it 18 months the original kettle was broken so.I had to have it replaced Now the current one has stopped working I've changed the charger and it still doesn't work Absolute rubbish And I paid twice the price because I needed a black one
