This heavy duty cast iron plate is ideal for use in traditional tandoori cooking ovens. It is made of 5mm thick cast iron with evenly spaced holes in the plate. This is used to cook chicken, burgers, sausages, kebabs etc.. and can be use on barbeques as well as normal ovens.
