Solid (hollow) stainless handle will last a lifetime compared to cheaper alternatives that have folded or bent/rolloed andles. Plastic blade will be useful for coated or anodisesd pans. Large blade will be good for turning omlettes or fish. It is quite stiff so should support the weight easily. Shorter handle means less strain on your wrist when lifting the food. A good investment.
