Great pan, generous size and good quality. Heats up quickly and cooked evenly. My warning to others is that the lid gets very hot too (naturally) so take care when moving it - the handle may be covered by your cloth but if your hand/wrist contacts it, like me, you will have a sore burn. My fault I know I will just be more careful in the future.

Quality, well-made pan with a thick bottom with no long handle which I prefer as they are always in the way, but most importantly, an ideal size. I find the wider the pan is, the better the cooking experience gets. I recommend this pan.
