Excellent product in every way

I'm used to using Stellar pans - the lid on these cassorole dishes are identical. When I got the cassorole dish out of the oven I forgot it wasn't a pan and picked the lid up with an ungloved hand and burnt my fingers badly.

Love my stellar casserole great quality

So small and the colour inside did not seem like stainless steel because it changed after cooking with it once.
