Mine is in Grenadine. It is beautiful. I made Sous Vide ribeye steaks last night and seared them in this cast iron pan that I preheated and added olive oil. It was my first Sous Vide steak and it seared beautifully in my Staub Grenadine cast iron pan. I purchased this pan expressly for my Sous Vide searing but I use the pan for other things too like fried potatoes.

I love this! It puts a sear on scallops like a boss! It’s also beautiful and easy to clean!

It cooks evenly, and while not completely non stick, a bit of oil helps. Cleanup is super easy
