Can’t remove the lid to fill. Returned to have company open them.

First few days it worked perfectly, but now after 5/6 times it’s used in a day, the soap starts spilling over from multiple points! Not sure why but it’s messy, not what I expected from this product and price

Compact yet just as useful as a much larger one. Works as good as the bigger ones that we have and takes up less space.

Like other reviews have stated the top was very, very hard to remove! Once tackled and soap added I put the top on but the spout doesn't now look central to the bottom and it makes a weird clunking noise when I dispense the soap. On a positive note it does look good and I purchased on a promo price.

This is a really stylish and practical soap dispenser. I love it. The only reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is that I find it very difficult to open, the force required to twist off the top is crazy, I purchased 2 and they are both the same so it isn’t a one off. Hopefully it will get easier with use.
