Actually having it's first use this week, though it does look a top quality product, which is should be for the price.

Disappointed that the first one supplied had an obvious flaw in the finish which should have been picked up by the manufacturers before releasing it for sale. However Wayfair replaced it without any fuss. The new one seems to be very fine, sturdy and robust and usable on hob or in oven. Though we've not actually used it for cooking yet, just run it in by boiling water as recommended. There are warnings about not using too high a heat, especially on an induction hob, but we found we needed to use a fairly high heat to start with and then turn down. Looking forward to using it for real, for many years hopefully!
