Illuminating Glass Kettle

Ideal size. Boils quickly and quietly. The only downside is that it traps condensation so my hint is to open the lid for 5-10 mins until cool after boiling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stylish illuminating kettle, in black matte. Kettle isn't too loud when in use. The fact it's transparent allow to see how much water is in the kettle and if there is enough for the task that is needed which usually is making a cup of tea. The fact it's transparent also allow to see if any residue has built up inside and if it needs a descaler if it is in need of a clean on the inside. Added bonus with it being transparent is that the heating element is incorporated into the base of kettle out of sight and isn't in sight which would probably be a put off for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this Russell Hobbs glass kettle for a bit now and honestly, it's solid. Boils fast, looks really nice with the blue light, and the matte black finish gives it a clean, modern look. Easy to fill, easy to clean, and feels well built. The handle doesn't get hot either, which is a bonus. No complaints so far - does exactly what you need it to and looks good doing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely design kettle, see through glass allows you to see how much water is in a kettle. Since I started using a kettle, I start saving electricity, because kettle have measuring for 1, 2 etc cup. From now on, I don't boil to much water, I boil just for how much I need in a time. It's great size kettle, not to heavy. It's easy to open a lid and shut. Very comfortable opening, easy to fill up. Only down side is, that it's pretty loud. And you can't set boiling water temperature. For my coffee I need 100 degrees, but to make some herbal tea, I need to wait for couple minutes for water to cool down. To clean kettle is very easy, but we used filtered water, so no scaling inside. Kettle after 1 month of constant use still looks like new. Great kettle, highly recommend for a single person or family.
