[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking deep fill toastie maker. A throwback to my childhood, this machine evenly cooks the toastie, giving it a nice crisp and a generous fill. It feels very durable and nicely made. Looks great in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sandwich toaster. Nice size not too bulky. Cooks really well and no sticking so easy to clean and maintain. Good reliable appliance. Would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive used this for a few weeks now. Its easy to use and fairly easy to clean, although now we have airfryers, this item seems a pain to use as its quite bulky and we have a fairly small kitchen. Its safe and I love the latch to open up the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rarely does a product so effortlessly combine false advertising, poor engineering, and impractical design as the Russell Hobbs Creations “Easy Clean” Sandwich Maker. In a market crowded with mediocre appliances, this one somehow manages to underperform in almost every conceivable category, starting with the most basic of all, fitting a slice of bread. Let’s begin there. You might assume, naively, that a sandwich maker is made to accommodate, say, a sandwich. But not in this fever dream of a design. No standard-sized loaf fits, not your supermarket’s “medium sliced,” not “thick cut,” and definitely not any artisanal variety unless you're feeding it to a dollhouse family. One wonders if the design team at Russell Hobbs were working off a blueprint intended for a mouse’s kitchenette. You end up having to saw down every slice of bread, which leaves ragged edges and uneven fillings. And once you’ve managed to Frankenstein your shrunken sandwich into the machine, prepare for the next insult. The unit doesn’t shut properly. The locking latch feels like it was made from leftover plastic cutlery, and trying to close it over even the thinnest, saddest excuse for a sandwich results in a white-knuckle struggle. Sometimes it latches on one side while the other side pops open, leaving you with an asymmetrical squashed mess that’s half-sealed, half-weeping cheese out the edge. Then we come to the so-called “Easy Clean” feature, which is as laughable as it is rage-inducing. Yes, the plates are supposedly removable. What the packaging doesn’t tell you is that removing them requires the patience of a monk and the dexterity of a watchmaker. You’ll pinch your fingers, spray crumbs everywhere, and once the plates are out, you’ll discover the hard truth, they’re a pain to clean anyway. Grease collects in crevices that a Brillo pad couldn't reach in a million years, and don’t get me started on the mystery fluid that always seems to collect beneath the plates, which is somehow always hotter than the surface of the sun when you try to wipe it up. Heating is inconsistent, the indicator lights are barely readable unless you press your face against them like a disappointed lab rat, and worst of all, the sandwiches it produces, on the rare occasion it works, are pitifully small and unevenly toasted. You’ll spend more time trimming, stuffing, cleaning, and swearing than actually eating. In the end, the only thing “Easy” about this sandwich maker is how easily it will send you back to using a frying pan. Russell Hobbs, a name once associated with reliability, should be ashamed to have stamped their logo on this fiddly, flimsy waste of countertop space. If you’re in the market for a compact device that destroys bread, frustrates users, and offers the sandwich capacity of a rodent’s lunchbox, congratulations, you’ve found your match. For everyone else, avoid like a lukewarm toastie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids love using this product. It’s quick and easy to use to make a great chees toasty. Cleaning it simple and easy. I love the red catch for safety on product to open the lid up it helps to keep the item safe. Great little product that doesn’t take long to heat up so using little energy. Had made quite a few toastiest so far so very good for durability
