The first one that I received had defects (see photos) such as scratches on the crystal, and discolouration on the gold colouring. On notifying Wayfair they very kindly and quickly sent me a replacement. The replacement crystal is in better condition than the first one. However there is again, discolouration on the gold. This looks like a manufacturing issue. When paying around £40 for a wine bottle stopper one would expect high quality finish. The presentation box certainly gives the impression of a high quality product.
