Always use your knives on a wooden or plastic cutting board to avoid blunting the blade. Remove and hand dry the knives when using a dishwasher and the cycle has ended, do not leave them to soak, as this can cause staining. If staining does occur, polish with a soft cloth and a stainless steel polish. Do not immerse the knife block in water, simply wipe with a damp cloth.
