Portmeirion, Minerals - Side Plates (Set of 4)

All four plates were smashed inside the packaging. There was no bubble wrap, just a thin piece of cardboard separating each plate. When I picked up the box it rattled, so I knew the contents were broken before I opened it. The design of the plates, being heavy pottery, makes them more vulnerable to chipping and breaking, so the packaging should be revised. I’m expecting replacements but I’m not confident they’ll arrive in good condition.
