The plate set I received was not as advertised. It was listed as Bone China, but the set delivered is actually porcelain. The material does not match the product description, and the quality does not justify the higher price associated with genuine Bone China. This was very disappointing, especially after waiting for delivery during a busy period.

Wayfair, however, handled the issue exceptionally well. Their team was extremely kind, quick, and customer-focused. They resolved the problem immediately with a full refund and went above and beyond to make the situation easy for me. Their approach and professionalism deserve 5 stars.
