Lodge Cast Iron 38.1cm Pizza Pan

This is a very nice, heavy pan. So why only 3 stars. Because the shipping package was the worst I've seen in years. Loosely packed in an oversized box with a small sheet of bubble wrap laid on top of it with no wrapping around the pan. Because of the weight and no protection, the handle broke through the carton and showed some scraping on it. I will not return it because it's functional, but Wayfair you can do a better job.

Cooks well... Rather heavy to store. Would recommend preheating then adding dough.

Excellent pan, Creates a perfectly crisp crust for any size pizza.

Was nice and heavy. Would have been even more nice if it didn't come rattling around in a huge box with no bubble wrap, hence the broken off handle. Sending back!!

I grew up watching my grandmothers cooking on all cast-iron. I am lucky enough to have their cast-iron skillets so I have quite a collection of my own and needed to add something new to make a nice crisp pizza for my grand kids whenever they come over. And I love this.
