KitchenAid 4.8L Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer

this is perfect great service delivery from every very nice lady I made my first sourdough yesterday. It was absolutely perfect. Took the hard work out of the job.

Briliant mixer. I am using it to mix the dough for bread and also making cakes and I need to say, those tasks are very easy to do with this mixer.

Sadly, this mixer arrived with a missing spring and a lot of of grease attached to the body. I had a few issues arranging the return and sadly a replacement could not be offered in a different colour to put my mind at rest… that being said in general this particular mixer I know is hard-working and adaptable and does a brilliant job as I have owned another for 12 years. Sadly, I feel this particular one may have been a one off refurbishment or faulty factory product

Wanted a kitchenaid mixer for a long time, only problem is that it doesnt come with a splash guard for the bowl, deliver was quicker than stated on ordering which is good as Im impatient

When we use it at level one(slow one),the sound of the mixer is very noisy and annoying.I don’t think this is usual.So may I request for a return for a new one.Many thanks
