⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth Every Penny – An Incredible Mixer After a lot of research, I finally bought the KitchenAid 185, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The build quality is outstanding – it’s solid, beautifully engineered, and feels like it will last for decades. The motor is smooth, quiet, and powerful enough to handle everything I’ve thrown at it, from heavy bread doughs to delicate meringues and cake batters. The planetary mixing action is superb, leaving no unmixed ingredients around the bowl, and the results are consistently excellent. I’ve already made banana loaves, fruit cakes, bread dough, whipped cream, and batters, and every recipe has turned out better than when mixing by hand. The controls are simple and precise, and the mixer remains stable even when working with stiff doughs. The included accessories are excellent quality, and the brushed stainless steel finish looks fantastic on the worktop. It’s one of those appliances that’s as attractive as it is functional. Yes, it’s an investment, but it’s a classic example of buying quality once rather than replacing cheaper mixers every few years. If you enjoy baking or cooking, the KitchenAid 185 is worth every penny. Without hesitation, I’d buy it again. This food mixer is a real game changer. I had a different well known make before which cost a little less but, I was always left with dry ingredients stick at the bottom of the bowl. This mixer actually mixes ALL the ingredients well and my breads and cakes are much nicer for it. It is easy to use, attachments are soooo easy to attach and remove. Much better than having the screw them in place. I understand there are many other attachments can be bought also. I’ll maybe have a look them later. All in all five star for everything.
