I was looking forward to finally being able to afford and purchase this item but unfortunately I'm left a little underwhelmed. The product looks amazing, and works well except it bounces up and down. When making anything dough like. Made a light pizza dough encouter the loud banging up and down noise. And then again making cookiws which is surprising. Was contemplating returning the item to purchase a kenwood chef xl.

Works like a dream. My friend bought me a bread-making book. Kneading the dough was hard work. The KitchenAid mixer was a God send. Now enjoying home-cooked real bread.

Looks great, very sleek, has all the right basic fittings. Where can I find simple instructions and recipes? I'd like to start using my new appliance, so the instructions are critical.

I am really pleased with my new stand mixer. It certainly lives up to its reputation.
